1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for products that are:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact
- Non-customized and non-personalized items
Note: Customized, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
